Late Cancellation and No-Show Policy

This practice reserves the right to charge a no-show fee of $150 to supervisees who fail to keep their appointments or do not cancel their appointments, without notifying the practice within 24 hours of the scheduled session. You will not be able to schedule your next supervision session with the supervisor until the no show-late cancellation fee is paid. To ensure we do the best job possible keeping you informed about your appointments in a timely manner, we request that you frequently check your contact information we have in our files.
